These Terms of Service govern your use of the Evercoat Pro website and the purchase of Evercoat Pro paint products. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Evercoat Pro is a paint manufacturing brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. All products are manufactured at our facility on Raiwind Road, Lahore.

2. 5-Year Warranty Policy

Evercoat Pro provides an official 5-year warranty on our paint products. This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our manufacturing and our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Covered Products

The 5-year warranty applies to Evercoat Pro interior wall paint, exterior wall paint, primer, and enamel paint products purchased directly from Evercoat Pro or authorized dealers.

Coverage Period

The warranty is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in the paint product
• Premature peeling, flaking, or blistering when applied correctly
• Significant colour fading beyond normal wear when applied correctly

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by improper surface preparation or application
• Damage from structural issues, water leakage, or building defects
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage from accidents, natural disasters, or misuse
• Products not applied according to Evercoat Pro guidelines
• Colour mismatch due to batch variations (normal range)

Application Requirements

For warranty to be valid, paint must be applied according to Evercoat Pro application guidelines, including proper surface preparation, recommended primer usage, correct thinning ratios, and appropriate drying conditions.

Claim Process

1. Contact Evercoat Pro through phone, WhatsApp, or our contact form with details of the issue
2. Provide proof of purchase and product batch information
3. Our team will assess your claim and may arrange an inspection if needed
4. Approved claims will be resolved through product replacement or refund at Evercoat Pro's discretion

3. Product Use & Application

Evercoat Pro products must be used in accordance with the application instructions provided. Improper use, mixing with unauthorized additives, or application on unsuitable surfaces may void the warranty and affect product performance.

4. Pricing & Quotations

Prices are subject to change without notice. Project quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation document. Bulk and project pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis based on product type, quantity, and delivery requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Evercoat Pro's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Evercoat Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labour costs for reapplication, project delays, or loss of business.
